  • Speaker Bio: Kara received her B.B.A in accounting from Langston University and her J.D. from The University of Tulsa College of Law. At Barber & Bartz, her areas of practce include Estate Planning, Trust & Estate Liquidation, State & Federal Taxation. just to name a few.  Kara is previous officer and Past Chair of the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association.  She is the current VIce President of the Oklahoma Bar Association..
